Sunday, Oct 2, Open Studio 11AM - 6 PM
All major studios in the Mission will be open the same weekend, including Workspace, Developing Environments, Project Artaud, Blue Studio and ActivSpace.

visiting Europe
On the way from Zurich airport we stopped at the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein. Good thing we did!
A collection of meaningful architecture, furniture and design, the Vitra Campus at the Swiss - German border is one of my favorite places in Europe.
Plus, they now have a new cafe with the best blueberry tarte. The best. See for yourself:

summer is almost over
...and I will be traveling for a little while. The new work has been dropped off at the gallery, more large pieces are still in progress. When I come back it is almost time for Open Studios, save the date, October 1 + 2 2011.
