nothing out of the ordinary

I like Robert Walsers writing a lot.
Here is a good example, an excerpt from a short text from 1914 that feels close to my artwork, my imagery and my thoughts in general:

from: A Little Ramble
by Robert Walser.

I walked through the mountains today.
The weather was damp, and the entire region was gray.
(...)
We don’t need to see anything out of the ordinary.
We already see so much.

Lyle

this is Lyle, my friend Brian's Weimeraner. He has been hanging out at the studio with me a lot lately and become a regular on the red sofa.

Going to Hollywood

Some of my paintings were recently on set for Warner Brothers, filming a new Clint Eastwood Production in San Francisco.
The movie will come out end of this year, it is called "Here After", starring Matt Damon.
Keep your eyes open for these... and keep your fingers crossed for them being visible in the final cut!
